NEW APPLICATION PROCEDURES Effective 2/18/19

The S.T.S. 033 Form is prescribed by the New Jersey State Police Superintendent for use by applicants for Firearms Purchaser I.D. Cards & Handgun Purchase Permits.

The online S.T.S. 033 Form should be used only after consultation with the Alpine Police Department for processing your firearm application.
